China Merchants Corporation (CMG) is a state enterprise under the Central Government, with headquarters in Hong Kong. The Corporation is among the four largest Chinese companies in Hong Kong. The 2019 economic indicators of CMG reached a new high: the realized operating income was RMB 717.7 billion, increasing by 10.4% on the yearly basis, gross profit amounted to RMB 162.5 billion, while net profit was RMB 126.2 billion, increasing by 12.0% and 18.0% on a yearly basis, respectively. As of the end of 2019, the total assets of the corporation amounted to RMB 9.3 trillion, increasing by 16.7% as compared with the same period of the previous year. The corporation ranks first among state-owned enterprises in terms of gross profit, net profit and total assets. CMG is one of the eight corporations under the central government, awarded category A by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for 15 consecutive years based on the result of the activities, and is acknowledged as the "Enterprise with outstanding results of activity" for five consecutive years. CMG and the subsidiary bank of the corporation were again included in the Fortune World 500 list, released in 2019. CMG has become a company, which includes two enterprises from the Top 500 in the world.

Sinotrans Co., Ltd. (Sinotrans) is a single operating platform and a single brand of CMG logistics activities. Shares of the corporation were registered in Hong Kong on February 13, 2003, and Shanghai Stock Exchange in January 2019, the corporation has successfully achieved the listing of shares "A + H" (601598.SH, 00598.HK) at the two exchanges. At the end of 2018, Sinotrans assets amounted to RMB 61.5 billion, while operating income was RMB 77.3 billion. Sinotrans sets the perspective to create intelligent logistics world-class platform driven by customer needs, under the pressure and problems at a deep level in the business, constantly creating business and social values and the best solutions and services, forming the three main business segments - professional logistics, freight forwarding services and related operations, as well as e-commerce.

CJSC China Merchants CHN-BLR Commerce and Logistics Company (CMCB) is the first foreign regional company controlled by Sinotrans, that implements an important foreign project within the government initiative One Belt, One Road - the China-Belarus Industrial Park. China Merchants CHN-BLR commerce and logistics company was registered in Belarus on May 6, 2015, and an official application was filed for the registration of the company in the residents of Great Stone industrial park on May 8. The company is building a logistics park with the area of 1 sq. km in the China-Belarus Industrial Park, the planned investment is USD 500 million. The construction of ancillary facilities is planned in the logistics park, which will provide warehousing, exhibition services, value-added services in supply chain, services of the trade and logistics park. Work on the launch site with the area of 100,000 square meters were officially started on December 11, 2015, and completed in full on May 12, 2017. Our project has become a landmark in the industrial park, "the construction of which was the first to begin, which was completed in the shortest possible time, becoming the first facility to be commissioned, the largest and with the greatest volume of investment", which allowed to achieve the goal of the construction - "the results should be visible within two years", offered by the President Xi Jinping. In 2018 we commissioned three main facilities, including a business center, warehouse and trade-exhibition center. The customs clearance station Great Stone was officially opened in Belarus on October 1 (CCS No. 06651). At the end of 2018, the first foreign regional headquarters of Sinotrans in the Eurasian region on the Silk Road was established in Minsk, which has become an important logistics hub on the Economic Belt of the Silk Road. Headquartered seeks to create a new strategic structure, located in Belarus, which is focused on customer service in the Eurasian region.
