1. Location:
The project is located in the south-eastern part of the first phase of the construction site of the China-Belarus Industrial Park, which is located 25 kilometers east of the Belarusian capital, Minsk, the total area of the commerce and logistics park is 94.38 hectares. The second phase of the project is located in the north-eastern part of the logistics park, within the borders of the 4th designed street (from the south), the 3rd designed street (from the north), and is surrounded by the inner park road on the west side.
2. Functional project positioning:
Being located in the China-Belarus Industrial Park, CMCB is the driving force tending to implement the project, which will be the provider of logistics services for all branches of the China-Belarus Industrial Park, will become a major trade and logistics distribution center in Belarus, in the center of Eastern Europe. The project is an important trade and logistics hub on the Economic Belt of the Silk Road, a bright example of the "Strategy 1544" implementation.
3. Construction scope and essence:
The total area of the building is approximately 50,000 square meters and includes a standard warehouse, a special warehouse, site and utility rooms.
